Building A Community and High School Career Mentoring Program

The world of work is changing at a fast pace. The departure of many businesses and manufacturing jobs in small towns has reduced the population and enrollment in the schools. The development of a Community and High School Career Mentoring Program would help the community and school work together to focus on how they could create more jobs in the area plus help individuals learn more about career planning and finding employment. Everyone seems to think the answer is obtaining a college degree. Dr. Mulligan has developed a website www.managemycareer,info and written a book called My Career Mentor and Me that people in the mentoring program could use. He also has developed a One-On-One Career Mentoring and Performance Facilitation Mentors could use with the mentee.
